Start with what you have

If you’re unsure which item fits, explain what you have in the notes so the team can review it.

Condition matters
Tell us the whole story.
- Furniture: mention stains, tears, broken parts, missing hardware or disassembly.
- Appliances: share whether they work and whether they are still connected.
- Packed belongings: include the number of boxes or bags and anything unusually heavy.
- Mattresses and bed pieces: include size, condition and each separate piece.
Access matters, too
From its room to the truck.
A sofa on the ground floor and one up several flights can need different handling. Include stairs, elevator access, narrow doorways and parking restrictions in your request.
Oversized items are easier to assess with dimensions. The team confirms handling and the vehicle before arranging the pickup.
How the request works →
Donation or removal
Every item gets a closer look.
Listing an item does not guarantee that it can be donated. Receiving organizations have their own condition and acceptance guidelines.
Mattresses, TVs, damaged pieces and other special cases may require different removal options. Share the details so the team can review what’s possible.
