Home Good to know

A little clarity.
A simpler next step.

Here are the answers to the questions that come up before a pickup request.

Planning your pickup

Pricing, availability and acceptance.

Every request is reviewed by the team. These answers explain what can be confirmed after we know more about your items and location.

See the three steps →
Does a quote request book a pickup?

No. Sending a request does not confirm a pickup, a price or a charge. The team needs to review the details with you before anything is arranged.

Will everything be accepted for donation?

Donation acceptance is not guaranteed. It depends on the item’s condition and the receiving organization’s guidelines. Include damage, stains or missing parts in your request so the team can review suitable options.

What affects the quote?

Item type, quantity, size, condition, location and access all matter. Stairs, parking, disassembly and special handling can affect the plan. Pricing and availability require team confirmation.

Can I request a pickup in my area?

Share your pickup ZIP code in the request. The team checks the location and availability before confirming whether the pickup can be accommodated. Entering a ZIP code does not guarantee coverage or a pickup date.

What about mattresses or items that cannot be donated?

List them in your request for review. Mattresses, TVs, damaged items and other special cases may need different handling or removal options; including an item is not a promise of acceptance.

Using the quote form

Do I need an account to request pricing?

No. You can submit your items and pickup details without signing in. Include your contact details so the team can follow up on your request.

Can I include different types of items?

Yes. Add each item and its quantity to the same request. Use the pickup notes for dimensions, condition or anything that needs extra explanation.

Do I need to pick a truck size?

No. The team reviews your inventory, access and handling needs before planning a vehicle. You only need to describe what is going and where it will be picked up.
